Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) is a leading boutique fitness studio with locations across the globe. They offer high-intensity interval training via group-based classes which utilize heart rate monitors to deliver analytical data to members.
In this case study I explore the opportunity for OTF to innovate as a business within Canada by offering nutritional coaching services, delivered via new features for their pre-existing app. Enabling a more enriching experience for members, an expanded business model and profit potential.
